Are you new to Pinterest? Is your follower count small?
Is your follower count not growing? Do you need to grow your followers in order to build your business?

If you are new to Pinterest, you may be finding it difficult to grow your follower count

There are tried and proven ways to get followers on Pinterest and I will share one good article with you further down. 

You need followers that are engaged in order to scale any business and engaged followers are key to your success, as opposed to just huge numbers. Numbers do help but I do follow those who have been my mentors and their audience is relatively smaller, compared to others who have incredibly large numbers of followers.

So it's okay not to have followers in the hundreds of thousands. Obviously, their numbers will work in their favour. However, if you get the right followers, you can also be successful. 

If you are a blogger, your aim will be to get more traffic and backlinks to your blog. This is just a beginning strategy to kick-start your blog.

How I grew my Pinterest followers quickly

There are many good tips to grow your followers, especially in the beginning stages. I will focus on one strategy.

Here's what I did to get followers in the early stages:

• Find your niche in the Search Bar.
• Select any board from the Search Bar.
• Go to the board's followers to search for pinners.
• Find 10-15  pins from a board for your niche and repin.
• Then follow all the people, following either the board or the pinner.
• Follow Pinterest limits for following people. (20 new followers if you are new, and after a few months you can increase it to 40-45 every eight hours.) 
• Now you pin from your website, boards, or YouTube channel.
• Make sure you have a Pinterest-sized pin from your website. Pinterest will generate picture options for your YouTube channel, if you do not have one.
• Your pictures will now appear in their feed. 

Eventually, you will grow backlinks to your website or YouTube channel.

Make sure you only pin from niche or niche-related pinners.
